Well, i've play this arcade version from the Sega ages in my nintendo switch, the game looks really a copy 1:1 from set 1 in mame, plus, include the "ages mode", with new power ups mode (like a new version), like new type of bullets, armor and extra damage
The big question, this is a pair of roms inside the game? Actual size almost match if remove the extra content

It is most likely just a standard romset with the emulator adding the built in features.

Thinks about the all sega ages games, including the legendary "Space Harrier", the game, runs in free play and the coin button not was included, interesting, has a special final boss next of "all boss stage", the boss is based in the Master system version and very hard to defeat
