My machine is not top notch but these games used to be faster in previous MAME versions. Does anyone know the reason for this slowdown? My games are running around 32% speed... Added Artwork? Checked different video modes? Enabled HLSL/GLSL Shaders? Problems with other machines? Hardware details? Considering you said it was sudden and affects multiple G+W games, I'd suggest a setting is causing it somewhere. This includes the most recently added game, Donkey Kong Hockey. Well, you can move your mame.ini or machine.ini/.cfg files elsewhere and then run as normal and use default settings. If that brings your performance back, then check your settings against defaults Use: mame64 -showusage > output.txt to save what the options are after your files are moved and compare the options to your .ini. In the end if using defaults doesn't change it, then I'd look at Windows updates or drivers.
