No Driver Loaded (_____empty) message

Hello All.
running Mame200 (64bit) with windows 7 )
Well, I don't know what happened. I'm going through my UI menu, adding games to favorites. Clicked on one selection (probably by mistake) and got the following message in the window border
No Driver Loaded (____empty)
with a blank screen.
When I hit the ESC button, I got the following message:
offrthnd.png = Error reading PNG file
When I clicked OK, it took me back to the first blank screen.
So I close the window and exit out of Mame.
When I click on the Mame icon, this whole thing repeats itself.
So I'm guessing I corrupted something.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
I really appreciate any help.

Hey. If anyone had this issue (or something similar).
I just trashed the UI.INI file and that reset everything
