MAMEWorld Forums - Ultimarc - Aimtrak Gun won't work in the Y axis (the red dot still works there though)

i have an amitrak connected to a cab since last year it always worked until today

for some reasons the cursor won't move up or don but only horizontally

the infrared bar has been poistioned with the ifnrared black plastic lookng at the bottom, but it has laways worked like that. even by putting it in the right horizontal position, the cursor still won't move up or down

on the ultimar app calibration setuo, the red dot actually moves around, but seems liek the cursor won't register it.

i recalibrated at least 30 times and no joy. any help?
