mameui problem with exclusive full screen

Hi,
since the installation of latest nvidia drivers (game ready and studio versions), the second game that I launch hangs and I must disconnect from windows session.
The first game has no problem, and if I close mameui64, relaunch it and play a game, this works perfectly.
The same thing happerns with arcade64, but not with negatron or other frontends.
Of couse, I have no problem with the command line use of mame64.
The problem appears only if I use full screen mode, any windowed mode works.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Ok, I can resolve the problem disabling the full screen optimization...
