mameui showing available/playable games under Unavailable

Hi,
I'm seeing "green" games, meaning good playable (available), when selecting the Unavailable tab. I also right-clicked on the Unavailable tab, chose "Audit" but again, I see green games on it...
Why is that? Is it ok?

The green icon does NOT mean "available" but "working".
