I find with my new U-Trak, the transparent ball is a tad loose in the housing causing it not to spin smoothly - especially when pulling down, it seems to shift slightly and not align with the rollers.
Also, when pulling down (towards me) hard, the ball bounces around a bit.
Is this expected? I don't think this is a break in issue or an oil issue, the ball physically shifts inside the housing. Left/Right/Up seem OK, but pulling down, the ball jumps and clunks around a bit.
