So I'm having this massive issue where I loaded up MAMEUI64 and I'm getting this, it's there anyway to change it back to normal at all? Thanks so much!

Didn't work unfortunately. Do you know what should I try to do next? I use the new mame and said the roms won't work! I'm a beginner so not too sure of what to do to be honest!

Did you overwrite the old (.188 MAME= 2.5 years old) files when you installed .213?
That should have fixed your screen problems. If not delete mameui.ini & restart MAME again. That should fix that.
As for the roms, that version shown in your pic is over 2.5 years old. Roms change for the better all the time. Update them to get them to work.
That you'll have to figure out on your own but Pleasuredome is a good spot to start learning.
And learn to use CLRMAMEPro while you're at it.
Newsgroups are a good place to learn to read too...
