I just downloaded it to see if the same thing comes up for me and it does. Perhaps it is a false positive but I would wait to be safe imo.

Checked the file that I provided, all clear. The 7z-exe file downloaded from John's site has 3 positives on virustotal.com - perhaps it's a false positive. John will need to check his setup.

I'd also like to add that sources weren't quite updated when it was built. It's using a bad dump of tb-94.melody in gnu_mbaway, and sdk85 is also different.
