Help with Mame finding bios files

I am trying to load Intellivision games into MAME, but I keep getting an error message,
It say"s exec.bin NOT FOUND tried in intv intv
ro-3-9503-003.u21 NOT FOUND tried in intv stic

Both of these files are in my ROM folder. Why does MAME not find them..
Or do I need to make a sum folder INTV and STIC inside the folder.
How do I get MAME to recognize these files?

Have you tried not unzipping your ROM files, and naming them correctly?
