Updating Roms per Version

Hi,
where is the regular per version update list of all the ROMs that have changed each release. I see a nice text file for Whats New (all ROMs) and Rename ROMs, but not Changed ROMs. Obviously this is necessary so we know what is not working as every release changes a bit. (It's not like it's just 10 games and I can look at the screen real fast.)
I don't want to get all the ROMs (esp. because all the fruity stuff makes it too complicated) but still have a lot. And I don't want to use a ROM Manager because they are not user friendly. I'd rather do it manually anyways, and understand the changes.
So anyways, there should be a quick, professional list for that. Every ROM, Bios, Device, CHD (or any other reason?) that needs to be re-downloaded each version for it to still work.

There is a maintained list of what machines are renamed or deleted but doesn't include added sets.

As far as a log of what is changed/added/deleted, I suspect that is a bit tougher to do but certainly possible with the XML output from each release in comparison.

I support MAME spiritually, which is deeper.
