Mad Donna is always 1 Shot 1 Kill hardware, it's hardware that was made by Promat for the games.

What's interesting here is that the game is called Komo Como, and seems to be a hack of an original Promat version that we don't have; the 'bonus' bubbles you collect spell TOPMAR (an anagram of PROMAT) and there is no copyright.

The existing set Mad Donna is from Tuning, and contains Tuning branding, so is likely a European / Germany release.

All dumped sets contain a large, unused, PROMAT logo. This was missed before and it was assumed that Tuning actually developed the game. This new evidence now strongly suggests instead that it was made by PROMAT in Korea, just like One Shot One Kill (which we had already identified as a Promat game based on various sources, but could also be a hack for Europe, as again no copyright is shown)

There's also a further partially undumped Tuning set where we have no program roms. That one likely has a slightly different copyright display as the large 'Copyright 1995' tiles aren't in the tile roms (and every tile after that is shifted down as a result, meaning those GFX don't work with the existing program)

So there are at least 2 other versions of this game out there, an alt Tuning set, and an original PROMAT release (possibly with a different title ) that uses the large logo and shows an actual PROMAT copyright.

I suspect the Empire City set is region hacked too, Osso says it ignores the region the MCU returns and runs anyway, probably the operator in France wanted to region hack it to say France but couldn't reprogram the MCU so instead took out the check.
