Thanks to recent donations we got a working Sega System 16 board for Ryu Kyu Rev A to dump the 317-5023A FD1094A key code
https://youtu.be/9fdcIwHKd_s
Sean Riddle and ClawGrip dumped Spanish Fisher Price "Smart Fit Park" TV game and Haze added it as not working
https://youtu.be/ePFGdzdhzEg
Corrado Tomaselli dumped an Omega board set with a one byte difference between the existing dump which Chris Hardy says is "Unlikely to be bitrot with such a significant change. Decrypted it looks like a legit bug fix as it changes a branch which incorrectly jumps over a bit of initialisation code." and BrianT says "the set ShouTime submitted has the ROM at M10 as “17” and this set it’s labeled “7” so it looks like Nihon made an intentional fix and differentiated the ROMs".

more specifically it's unsp code, but looks like a different SoC to anything we emulate, and possibly a newer CPU core revision too with an extra opcode or two, possibly like the 'Wireless Hunting' thing.
probably one Ryan needs to take a look at.

The connector pinout (apparently unique) is also a great find for this rare game.

>Sega Keys never give up....
Well.......apparently one of them some time ago gave up and called it 'quits'.
GAME( 1990, ryukyu, "Success / Sega", "RyuKyu (Japan) (FD1094 317-5023)", 0 ) GAME( 1990, ryukyua "Success / Sega", "RyuKyu (Japan) (FD1094 317-5023A)", MACHINE_NOT_WORKING ) // decryption key not available

Thankfully not all pcbs choose to be 'slackers' and call it quits. Here at MAME, pcbs that choose to be slackers and call it quits won't be tolerated.

Good to see the games that are on 'borrowed time' being preserved just in time in current state even though they can actually be repaired in a modified way these days rather than pcb being tossed away.
