[Q] Converter for one set per line favorites.ini to MAME internal favorites format?

I can't remember if there was ever a converter for getting the relatively common front-end 'one set per line' favorites.ini type files into the proprietary baseline MAME/MEWUI style?
Basically I'd like to convert my favorites.ini into one that baseline MAME can handle.  Attached, thanks.

Don't know if anyone ever made one before, but I just whipped up one in Excel.
Excel file attached, with instructions, along with a new favorites.INI for you.
