Mametesters links on ProgettoEmma

Hi all, and happy new year!

On Mametesters, in every bug page, the games in the summary have direct links to their ProgettoEmma's page.
Unfortunately, PE was last updated 2 years ago, on version 0.181. So you can sometimes get dead links for bugs related to recently added/changed sets.

At the moment, I think Arcade Database is the only actively updated MAME Db project.

I'll have to see what I can do to update the core link then.
