'Lock her up too'....and disbar her from NY legal practice. Reduce her back to being a paralegal employee or a 'covfef' retriever (the sob's old tweet gaffe).
That woman has been identified as Anna Lushchinskaya (who goes by Anna Lushchinsky professionally), a graduate of New York Law School who was admitted to practice in New York in 2004.
Lushchinsky is seen shouting “fuck off” numerous times before she begins to slap at passenger Michelle Tung, kick her, and wildly attempt to stab at her with an umbrella while swinging a heavy set of keys in her direction. With a roll of her eyes, Lushchinsky later calls Tung a “fucking chink.”
Lushchinsky was arrested and is now facing five charges for menacing, weapons possession, attempted assault, and harassment. She was released on $1,000 bond and has a public defense lawyer, but this wasn’t Lushchinsky’s first time acting out on the subway. This summer, she allegedly pepper-sprayed a man without provocation and was arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault. Both of her cases have been combined, and she’s due back in court on January 22, 2019. --
Video of clip. Have to be a registered Youtube member to watch clip on Youtube page (the child warning thingy / adult content), but might be able to view entire clip here since clip is embeded here.

>Viewable here without logging in, and there's no warnings either.
Probably one of those crappy USA based things. When clicking to view video on Youtube page, the video clip is solid black with a "Sign in to confirm age" along with a 'content unsuitable for children'.
The usual USA self censorship BS where "GUNZ are great" (as claimed by NRA)......but listening to swear words...horrible.
Does she not know she was being recorded? She's 100% guilty. Dead to rights. She's going to have to plea bargain or take it to court. If (when) she loses, she's gonna regret being a racist POS! Was it worth it?

Her possibly losing her NY law license is where she will regret her actions....but maybe she also only has/had two clients just like Michael Cohen used to have (prez and Hannity) :-)
It's a bummer we don't get to see what first set her off....maybe she suffered similar experience like this swell subway photo example. And then the combative lady lawyer was ready to let loose on some other unfortunate subway rider.
>I'd be pissed too if someone sat that close to my ass!
The droopy pants in the subway photo are probably Levi's failed 595 "plumbers pants" brand with wide stretched legs and saggy posterior cushion for that comfortable fit when having to be seated in a squat position while doing repair work in front of the kitchen sink.
