MAME is a volunteer project with contributors doing their own specific emulation targets when they have spare time. It isn't a company run thing that takes special order requests. The person that could probably get the game running in the Midway Zeus driver is busy at this time.

Okay, this is way too obviously trollish to be a real person's thoughts.
My bet is on somebody who owns the game and doesn't want it to ever be emulated (to attract customers or whatever), so his plan is to go around annoying the emu devs.

>Surely that must be it. =|
I am going with "real" request/suggestion compared to "troll" attempt.
There used to be some naive request posts on Gridle's old MAME.net web site back in the days that were over the top entertaining although some were meant to be serious.
As for troll posts, Dexter's (troll posts) posts were the best entertainment value at the time, but there was one post (probably deleted by Gridle within an hour) that asked iirc "How can I get rich with MAME? Because SEGA wants me to be rich as soon as possible."
I missed the expected "flame responses" to that post, but Gridle kept a tight eye on forum posts in early MAME.net web site years.
I have it on good authority that one of the dev's is gonna get the game fixed for you. Should be fixed & playable by the next dev release (which should just be in a couple days). All they're gonna need from you is to fix the other 1000's of unplayable games that we all want. If you could start with San Francisco Rush 2049, that'd be great

yeah, it's just a shame Nintendo sent a C&D meaning all traces of Dexter MAME had to be removed, because they owned a patent on making the emulation that fast.
