Main game name/info list is nearly microscopic...

Hi! Long time listener, first time caller:)
I'm using MAMEUI64 v.200 on a 70" 4k display where everything seems to display fine except for the game list. The font is so small that they hardly even look like words: 
Is there a setting I can use somewhere that could fix this?
Edit: Okay, so I went into Options and
adjusted the system list font...

Okay. This site isn't very mobile-friendly. Let me try another way:

I fooled with the settings and was able to find a font and size that worked. I then adjusted the columns so everything is working now. Now being the operative word. I'm going to restart MAMEUI and see if it retains the settings...
