Pretty poor resolution, but first word is 英国 - England. Can't really make out the second one. Looks like it's just a serial number sticker.

First symbol, English. Second symbol, gold, third symbol, could not figure out. Translated from a friend's wife who was born and raised in China.

Second friends wife said first word England, second word, could be tarus, or golden sheep.
I am seeing a pattern of, release region, England, release status, gold. No word on any other symbols or additional words. Hope this helps.

Second word: gold sheep. First thought was that it's the release date as in the year of the gold sheep - 1991. But looks like theres a western date below that...

The first two ,Ying Guo ,means ,England or the United Kingdom . The third ,Jin ,means gold. The fourth , maybe Feng ,looks like it. I look a very old dictionary for this Feng ,one of the old writing-way of Feng, looks the same as in your picture. the earlier say it's sheep ,but it do not look like sheep in Chinese. but the third and the fourth together ,I don't know what it means.maybe just a name of someplace or someone or some company.there is indeed someplace name as Jin Feng. I type English letter instead of Chinese word ,cause I don't know if this page is compatible with Chinese. maybe you can translate as , UK - gold , UK - golden , or UK - JinFeng (not translate the last two).
