looks like it uses bootleg 'prom' logic for the encryption rather than a real custom z80 module?
I'm inclined to wonder if it's really a licensed PCB, or if the bootleggers just put some official looking text on like we have with quite a few of the (obvious) Spanish bootlegs. (The Tecfri / RF made Spy Hunter and 1942 PCBs for example)
