There are actual reasons why a fully staffed US State Department had existed over the years. One of the reasons was some of the staff had taught protocols and how to deal with established foreign governments and/or monarchies so as those that are/were US officials would not be an embarrassment when supposed to be representatives of the citizens of US when traveling abroad and meeting hosts of countries outside of US.
Since there is almost no longer a functioning US State Department, the US is represented by a dolt-in-office who is doing well of making an ass out of himself. US citizens who are able to travel have to explain or apologize to others when abroad and explain what the hell happened in 2016 and then try and say "I voted for Clinton." in hopes that is good enough to show they are a sane US voter.
Latest example of sob's idiocy/boorishness/crassness:
It is because of the fat slob / sob-in-office blunder of disrespecting the protocol when with the Queen of England when doing inspection of Royal Guard at Windsor Castle.
A staffer from the US State Department would explain the protocols.....but no......this sob insisted upon firing everyone from State Department because "He" thinks he understands everything all by himself and has it all covered.....F' Him. He doesn't know jack.
The photo shows it all of the Queen's disgust with the sob. The sob arrives late to the event and made Queen have to wait 15 to 20 minutes [a huge protocol no-no], has to be told what to do by the Queen, and he probably talked stupid in front of her as well and said stupid stuff while the supposed first lady/speech plagiarist tried to ignore as if nothing happened such as embarrassing stuff in front of the Queen.
The Queen in happier times and not having to put up with pathetic boorishness from a jackass. Hopefully the US will get someone back in office that isn't a fuckup spectacle.
