That Neverhood game, i think its Skullmonkeys PSX game. Its the same clay character.
EDIT: Skullmonkeys its the sequel of The Neverhood.

Yeah it's the same guy.
Skullmonkeys is called Klaymen Klaymen 2 in Japan & That game was only released for the Playstation.
The Neverhood is called Klaymen Klaymen Neverhood No Nazo in japan for the Playstation version but it's just called The Neverhood in japan for the Pc version as you can see above.

This is a localized release. I presume that the game itself will be in Japanese, in much the same way the PS1 version of the game is in Japanese.
