NPlayers 0.199 is available now.
Info and download: http://nplayers.arcadebelgium.be/
You'll notice that War Mission is currently tagged as a 1-player game.
2-player mode exists and must be enabled in test mode. Unfortunately, I don't manage to access the proper menu (only input test screen). If someone knows how to access this setting... Please tell me.

After you get to the 1st test screen, push F2 again(or it may take a 3rd time). This will show you a coin per credit screen.
At that screen, push button 3(Space Bar) & it will cycle through other options including 1 or 2 player game. Use the arrows to change options as you go.
I don't know if I'd have really marked this as "working" since mine continually crashes but maybe it's just mine! (Thx Haze, hadn't looked into that far yet so you saved me the time!)

I can only assume you tried to run it before with the broken disk image from 0.198, and now have a copy of that broken disk image in your NVRAM folder, so it's ignoring the correct image in 0.199
I haven't managed to crash it using the redumped disk at least.
