I know I can't complain about free Steam keys, but e-mail verification plus ReCAPTCHA puzzles… hardly seems worth it.

Nothing is worth captcha street puzzles. It's like they were designed to infuriate.

Are you logged in to a Google/gmail account? Google usually doesn't show it if you're logged in, and they actively punish people who block Google Analytics etc. with more puzzles in sequence. I don't trust Google, so I'm not going to stop blocking their shit.

I have both gmail and YouTube tabs open all the time, unless I'm doing something worth the effort of closing them, because that's most of what I do. So Google knows I'm watching YouTube. They could even know I'm here. When I'm done here, I'm done with my browser for about an hour.

Yeah, they're rewarding you for being a good analytics source by not bothering you with the infuriating ReCAPTCHA puzzles. This kind of shit makes me trust them even less.
