Server move

We just had a server move and it looks like we lost some posts as a result so you might need to repost some things. I didn't know it was happening in advance or else I could have closed the forums for a couple of hours. Anyway carry on.

Any word on FTP connections changing? Former access hostname connects and seems to allow hostname, but password give a 530 (Authentication Failed).

It seems everyone will need to add @mameworld.info to the end of your old login name. I just tested it and it worked.

Confirmed. Works fine. Thanks! Edit: Although, it looks like I lost about a month worth of file adds/updates.

Meadows Bombs Away logic schematics to be uploaded eventually.
For Play and Meadows logic schematic pdf -
I haven't heard back from those asking about Meadows Bombs Away logic schematics since that was uploaded last month....even though sheet one will require editing in order to make it somewhat usable.

Okay. I'd like to believe the pdf files have already made their way to other sites by now. If that is the case, I won't upload them again with exception of a re-done sheet one of Meadows Bombs Away. I didn't hear back from a couple users that were asking about Meadows Bombs Away logic schematics and wasn't sure if they got them or not.

There is a link at the bottom of the forums where you can expire your cookie. I suggest everyone do that because the forum might otherwise lose its mind and think you are banned or bug out some other way. Server headaches...

Thank you. Managed to connect to the FTP but it's very slow. Should I update my website files or the data loss is being investigated ?

Still being investigated but it's taking so long that I'm losing hope.

... My apologies, but why not upload them to archive.org as a backup?

It's fine to replace them here, it's not a big deal, it's not going to crash the server if files get restored.

I mean besides uploading them here.
If these files are meant to be hosted publicly then doing an archive mirror (if possible) won't hurt.

I sent in the info but I think the RSS feed stuff is something Twisty did. I have no idea when it will be fixed.

thanks.
i don't think, it was Twisty, because those two feeds (which included replies) were made about 2-3 years ago. it was Stiletto or Tafoid, i think.
