Good that provisional ballots are allowed to be counted in California, but this crap should not be happening. iirc the same thing happened in LA county in 2016 with a few thousand registered voter names left off the voting rolls and these were voters that voted in early 2016. I don't know if the current person in charge was also running things for LA county in at that time. If so, the head personnel staff should be fired and replaced.

Knowing that the GOP won't do anything, but allow Russian operatives to mess around with voting results or registration rolls in general elections later this year, each CA county better have their act together. The CA attorney general and also the CA SOS better have each county voter registrar attending a conference and work out plans so no outside shit unexpectedly occurs come election time.
