DU: Donkey Kong Banana Kingdom

Bill D and Darksoft dumped Donkey Kong Banana Kingdom. It looks like this is the master setup and we might still have to find a satellite board. And probably some eventual video work on the cab.
Bill D and Darksoft also dumped an unknown Sega IO board.

The image is a dead link. I suppose that helps keeps it unknown.

For those of You who wanna try this "game" (Donkey Kong Banana Kingdom is a coin pusher medal game) Dolphin emulator runs it quite well. I hope that MAME will make a break through in TriForce emulation, too.

on the photo may be seen Sega 315-6414 chip, which is main (and the only big one) component of Sega "Type 3" JVS IO, probably some MCU. why there is additional Xilinx FPGA + Hitachi SH4 CPU + RAM + SRAM + Flash ROM ? I'm not sure, probably for some additional functions. so, it's more like advanced type 3 IO.

they are similar at hardware level but totally different in software and functional. 837-14633 is (probably) JVS IO board 837-14438 is hopper/payout/etc cash related controller for later Cash Cube games, but it is *not* JVS, Andy's site incorrect in this part.
it is hard to find correct information in the net about not common games or hardware. as for Donkey Kong Banana Kingdom game - literally everywhere in the net said it uses Triforce hardware, but as we see, in reality, it uses "Capcom medal" hardware (alien.cpp in MAME)

Does dolphin really emulate alien medal hardware or are you just sort of talking out of your ass?

Dolphin emulate Triforce and maybe this system is (very) similar to alien medal hardware IDK. Note that master branch of Dolphin temporarily does not support Arcade counterpart of the emulator.

you are wrong about everything - Dolphin is not emulate this game, hardware is not any similar.
you probably messed with Donkey Kong Jungle Beat game for Gamecube/Wii, which have stage named Banana Kingdom.

I am aware about that stage/level; Hmmmmm... ...I was misleaded by this site : https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Donkey_Kong_Banana_Kingdom This game has its own GameIDs which is : GG3J08 Maybe they are wrong about emulation of Donkey Kong Banana Kingdom ?! Also the other site is stating the same : https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triforce_(Arcade) Especially the part where is saying : Im Jahr 2012 wurde eine Homebrew-Anwendung für die Nintendo Wii veröffentlicht, welche einige der Triforce-Spiele dort spielbar macht. Außerdem existiert ein experimenteller Entwicklungszweig für den Emulator Dolphin, welcher einige Triforce-Spiele emulieren kann.
Translated from German : In 2012, a homebrew application was released for the Nintendo Wii, which makes some of the Triforce games playable there. There is also an experimental development branch for the emulator Dolphin, which can emulate some Triforce games.

see my prev-prev message - internet is full of incorrect information about non common / rare games and other things, also suffers from severe copy&paste cancer disease.
I'd guess someone was thinking like: DK is Nintendo's trademark, Triforce is Nintendo's too, so DKBK game is probably was for Triforce hardware! later this statement was copy/pasted everywhere.

The extra SH4 is indeed intruiging. It makes me wonder if it could be a developer version board or maybe a diagnostic board?
