I played this game before. Not on MAME though. It a Gradius/Salamander reboot.

I knew they had discs that installed the game to a machine, but not that they used Windows XP on these systems. I haven't seen any Konami machines locally since... DDR Extreme, I think.
Sigh.
Local arcades are so dead.
