"stretch screenshot larger than natural area" does nothing?

I have MAMEUI64 0.195 set to display screenshots and history.dat to the right.

The Screenshots are really small - the "stretch screenshots..." checkbox in interface options seems to have no effect anymore. I couldn't say when this stopped working, I only noticed this recently.

It works now, I found history.dat and history.db in both history and dat folders, for some reason that seemed to break the stretch screenshot larger setting.

Still, I think history.dat takes up way too much space on the screenshot tab.

Would it be possible to make the space for history.dat adjustable, or make the screenshot take up more space by default? I love to read but pretty pictures are nice too.
