HBMAME 0.195

HBMAME 0.195 has been released. Get it at http://hbmame.1emulation.com
PSMAME Plus has been merged into HBMAME. This has added over 4000 new hacks.
There is still work to be done, to find and remove duplicate sets, and to rename roms to the HBMAME standards.

Not too difficult to accomplish. A release of MAME has it's source all but frozen at least 2-3 day before actual release. Since HBMAME doesn't have nearly the drivers mainline has, once a freeze is done, it is unlikely that there will be any mainline code changes (outside of critical bug fixes).

Mildly annoying though. It would be nice if every fork and spinoff project waited until main released. No real way to enforce that tho.

Just tried out this version after rebuilding my (T7Z-Merged) which makes a complete set only 5.76 GB ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif)
Anyway, is it just me or did the override and fallback options for artwork not make it in for this release?
It works in official 0.195 but doesn't seem to work using HBMAME.

Found the problem. Apparently it didn't like my mame.ini copied over and renamed to hbmame.ini
Creating a fresh one remedied the issue.
