Not all alternate versions are listed at Undumped Wiki, many are not.
Just because ShouTime has dumped a game doesn't mean that a version of the game has never been dumped before. Sometimes he goes after specific versions, such as Japanese versions of games already in MAME. In this case, Version A / USA.

My original guess of Moon Shuttle was made by Taito before taking a look at Undumped Wiki entries. I didn't check source listings before typing post (revised with Gilda stuff instead)....Emily Litella 'Nevermind' character primarily.
