ArcadeHacker and Ivān Adriā got Driving Force by Seaton Groove UK. I don't know anything about the game or what is in the epoxy block.

Well it will be the same game as 'Driving Force' in MAME, which was sold as a conversion kit for various other boards...
there doesn't appear to be a seaton grove bootleg / license version in MAME at the moment tho.
base board looks like a galaxian (bootleg?) which makes sense.
cpu block on them provides encryption / security.
