1/19/18 - Virtual Matrix v1.2 for Game Boy Color is here! This is the first ever LCD Emulator overlay that is actually 1:1 ratio with the game sprites/screen dimensions. Whats this mean? The virtual LCD overlay is pixel to pixel with the game screen. It's so close to perfect it's not even funny!!! Might need some opacity changes to let in a little more color, but for what its worth, its pretty sweet looking!
This is the beginning of things to come, now that I have a full proof method of tiling to 1:1 with screen output, there will be many more LCD overlays in the future. I am going to work on Game Gear and GBA LCD overlays next! Stay Tuned!

1/18/18 - Added Pokemon Limited Edition to the overlays
This kit contains the five original manufacturer colors, animated input buttons and a Virtual Matrix screen option for each layout. The Virtual Matrix Screen emulation overlays can be used with or without scanlines. The preferred method for using the Virtual Matrix Screen overlays, is without any scanline effects. No hlsl, bgfx or opengl required. However it works just fine with scan lines enabled. This zip file can be used as a drag and drop, no configuration plug and play option for the mame beginner. Just drop it in the artwork folder and its ready to go.
What's included:
1. Berry, Grape, Kiwi, Dandelion and Teal Game Boy Color Overlays
2. Berry, Grape, Kiwi, Dandelion and Teal Game Boy Color Virtual Matrix Screen Overlays
2. Fully animated Buttons & D-Pad on all 10 overlays
3. Preconfigured Lay file with all artwork included

The "Virtual Matrix" screen overlay he did himself.
The art for the Pokemon version... looks like he got a pic off the 'net and added the extra graphics in. If you download his attachment in the first post in the thread, he included the PSD file.
On my site, I updated the base versions, as the fonts were off on a few things, and then I also added in the version that has Jigglypuff, Togepi, and the Pokeball on the power light.
And I just went down a rabbit hole of looking for other GB Pokemon editions... found a bunch of decent enough pics to add in some more versions... some time down the road.
And damn... didn't notice before... my GBA artwork is off... all the other things I fixed on it, and I completely missed that I only have four speaker holes, instead of five... gotta fix that one soon also.

Yeah I ended up finding it and deleted my post before I saw your reply man, thank you, I already got all your edits, they are sick, appreciate all you guys! I am currently trying to make the white gen 2 starter limited edition, someone released some bezel images on reddit a few months back. Thanks for your response, if you do ever update yours, I'll definitely check them out, been on a hunt for overlays of that particular style.
