According to the board number P-121A, this should be on Seta hardware and made in 1995, which corresponds to no known Sunsoft game.

Pretty funny graphics with the 666 balls. I've never played a game like this. I don't think I've seen a medal game in the wild.

Now I'm reminded how I wished a Pachinko Sexy Reaction third game. I'll keep an eye on this one when the next MAME version comes (too lazy to compile).
