Thank You ! This is definitely better than overhyped Sonic Mania. ...also if SEGA was NINTENDO this Project will be dead in no-time

Oh it will be dead in no time.
Then Sega will hire the devs and sell the game on their own.

You ignorant jackass.
Almost any company encountering some random group of people using trademarked intellectual property would do the same. It's only a tiny minority of companies that actually go out of their way to work with stupid, entitled "developers" who seem to think that trademarks are something to be pissed on rather than respected.
Only a colossal moron would start a game project using some other company's IP and then expect to get away with it. Every time some popular video game comes out, every idiot with a license for RPG Maker or whatever tries to make a game using some other person's IP, and then the gaming community at large is shocked when the developers get hit with a lightning bolt at the behest of the owners. Why? Why are people so consistently stupid?
Look, if you're good enough to make a decent game, you should be able to do it without having to lean on some other company's ideas like a crutch. We're not talking about some grey area here where someone made a game called "Dankey Kang" and made it about a weed-smoking horse, we're talking about people who are literally taking some other company's shit, verbatim, and doing whatever they want with it.
Every time I bring this up, someone goes, "Well, do you think that the game would get as many eyes on it if it were its own IP, rather than Pokemon, or whatever?" And that's exactly the point. No, it wouldn't. Because that other company that you're insulting spent millions of dollars building up its brand, and you're treating it like a cheap prostitute. No, just because you happen to have spent a lot of time on this trademark-violating game doesn't mean you're entitled to a thing in return. You're not entitled to fans. You're not entitled to ride on the coattails of this other company's designers in order to get some sort of payday you think you're entitled to, whether in the form of money or popularity.
If you want to work on a game, make your own game. Don't take some other person's toaster and act all shocked when they want it back.
