Question about make parameters to build MAMEUI

I've tried to use the a similar batch file to compile MAME and MAMEUI every time, tweaking it as needed.

The last few releases, I've not been able to compile 32 bit versions of MAME or MAMEUI, but have been able to get 64 bit versions compiled just fine.

So I'm just double checking on the command line arguments to "make" that is recommended which may "fix" my problem?
