DAPHNE - can't exit games

Just set this up & giving it a try.
Configured the joystick buttons I wanted to, yet the buttons I set for exit & reset do neither & appear to be acting as the main action button.
Which means I can't exit any games without pulling up task manager
If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it

Yeaaaa....no....considering the last post in there was 10 years ago...doesn't exactly feel that hopeful to get any response

10 Years ago? Amazing since I reply in those forums quite frequently, and there's been a lot of communication in the Dexter sub forums lately. The reason New Topics looks like nothings been said in over 10 years, is because you post there 1st, then the admin moves it to another sub-forum once someone responds back to you & the problem is resolved
Oh wait, I see how defensive you got with the mspacman rom set. Good luck with that attitude around here

Well excuse me for checking out a forum & seeing 2007 as the last in a "new post" section & getting that impression, cuz u know how could I have not figured that out,I mean it's such a common practice on internet forums...BTW the latest "tech support" post is over a month old, but lemme guess, being this is such the busy forum u claim for the millions of laserdisc game afficianados out there, there must be some more hidden ones

^Says the guy who responded to both of my posts with dickish, I know it all & you're a noob vibes. I know what the rom names are supposed to represent BTW if u didn't pick up on that somehow. For the second time my "mspacman.zip" comes up as speedup hack on both Launchbox & MAME itself. Not making this shit up, guy

Then you must be using mspacman.zip that have all of the Ms.Pac-Man clones and hacks include with the main set. Unless you ask for the speedup hack and then someone took the rest of the sets out of the zip. You just keep on bringing this up. "I telling you mspacman.zip is a speedup hack." You didn't even ask why is there a speed hack in the mspacman.zip. We would've told you about merge sets. Haze and Roman pointed out on how to check.
Like I said before. Not attacking you. Just explaining.
As for DAPHNE. Nobody here gonna help you on this. This isn't a DAPHNE forums. None of the DAPHNE Dev doesn't come here. MAME Dev doesn't do any of the DAPHNE stuff at all. Most of us use MAME instead of DAPHNE anyway.
