Well, not to those who aren't obsessive Zappa heads (like me)

My unfunny bit would have been as successful as a Dennis Miller hail mary attempt comedy quip on ABC's Monday Night Football. ;-) That's where Dennis would add some obscure humor reference while Al Michaels and Dan Fouts were doing their announcing and analyst work. Sometimes Dennis Miller had to explain the humor attempt since it would usually go over the heads of many of the viewers. LOL
Zappa knew how to find and get the best talent over the many years with almost all of his work. Steve Vai imo was one of the best guitarists that worked with him. As on my side with drums, Vinnie Colaiuta was the best although others preferred Chester Thompson or Chad Wackerman or Terry Bozio.

I never really dived in to Zappas music but I like Roxy and Elsewhere. A phenomenal live album.
