It runs on a Tokio/Scramble Formation PCB, which is lacking the YM3526 that produces music in the final game. Unfortunately the PCB currently has no sound. The sprite data is different; there are various sprites missing compared to the final release. There's also no protection MCU but that's not a big surprise. I'm sure tcrf.net will have fun with this once it's fully dumped...

maybe it simply has no sound at this point in development, given the sound hardware isn't the same I wouldn't rule that out.
Only the graphics ROMs have been dumped. The program ROMs are covered by the epoxy and the solder side is epoxied too so we can't use non-destructive methods to dump them. Brizzo has a cunning plan to deal with the epoxy however
