That would be great if it does turn out to be a Prototype, but i've seen that before where a protype has had that red label type on.

The encased CPU looks like my granddad's cigarette box.
Silkworm is not-quite-JAMMA, it wants an additional -5V on the edge connector somewhere, if I remember correctly.
