Hantarex POLO 25" with ARCADEVGA 5000 vertical sync issue

Hello Guys…

You know about some technical issue on vertical sync between Hantarex POLO and ArcadeVGA 5000 ? (i cant stabilize the image on vertical with pot)

I have made the VGA breakout cable following AVGA detail.

PS: if i connect an original jamma game everything works fine.
