I've always enjoyed reading @Kale's Seibu Cop Wip posts as he and other MAME dev's bit by bit have chipped away at the protection making some of the games playable while others come ever closer to fully Emulated status. it also looks goin by the video due all the testing and debugging over the years he can play a mean game of Legionnare  .

I loved that game!
I manage to finish it in MAME,but i used cheats,and lots of save and loads,to continue where the games freezes!
I wish it will be really playable soon!

Is almost playable, it's something
Now waiting for 186 version for play this game, with this details is bit hard to beat
ps: Heated barrel is playable, but with 50% of crash the game

The England video is better... the own goal of an equalizer in the first match and a very dodgy decision by the officials for the equalizer Japan score in the 3rd perfectly representing the corruption present in the today's game ;-)
