I got this today from Steam. I notice it have a scanlines option. I turn it on and this look like something you can do on MAME. Don't ask me why SEGA have the points showing on the screen.

I think it look much better on MAME using the GLSL with shader.

Anyway here is a snapshot. (Note: Not from MAME.)

Compared with the earlier version of the emulator this set used, this is an improvement. Not perfect, but workable.

Anyway I turn off all the effects, they're just irritating.
