Playchoice 10 specific settings?

I prefer a stretched image for horizontal games, so I created a horizont.ini file and changed the appropriate settings.
But for Playchoice 10 games, that looks terrible, and I would like to keep 4:3 aspect for those.
I know mame will let you make an ini file per game, but is there a way to make an ini specifically for all Playchoice 10 games, so that I don't have to make 60+ files?

One last question... is there a way to do this with the .cfg files also?
Specifically, I want to map the 'channel select' and 'enter' buttons specific to Playchoice 10 that are not mapped in the 'default.cfg.'
I tried renaming (after I had it configured the way I wanted it) pc_cntra.cfg to playch10.cfg (and editing the line system name="pc_cntra" to system name="playch10" hoping that would do the trick but it did not.
If it isn't possible that's ok too, you've already saved me a ton of time and I am grateful for that!
