Anpanman is a very famous kiddie anime. Generations of Japanese people have watched it at some point in their lives. It's arguably as famous as fellow kiddie anime "Doraemon," the one about the blue robot cat whose inventions don't work correctly.

3rd part uses some of latest Sega hardware, there can be seen main board ID AARE-xxxxx, which is likely RingEdge / RingWide ?
