The top poster is not decided by numbers, but by street cred and pimpness factor decided by the following formula:
p = c * n
Where p is the postmashterinesh, c is not the speed of light but the street cred, and n is the number of gif animations of the poster riding a pimp car. If your p is non-zero, probably you're already the top poster.
Unfortunately I can't find that anim among my archives. You'll have to be satisfied by the dancer.
