problem solved in practice the 'ipaclink for player 1 is inserted on the player takes 2, also seems to work only the firmware 144, the firmware with gamepad support are not seen, at least in my case.

So everything sorted xbx360 connected with 2 ipaclink through ipac 2 v2
everything works perfectly.
