Wasn't that Toru Iwatani though? He is the actual designer of Pac-Man- The company was Nakamura's, but he hired people to make the games, including Iwatani.

Also Denis Akiyama (a 64 year old Japanese-Canadian actor) was portrayed as Toru Iwatani in that Pixels movie. Toru Iwatani doesn't speak English.

Definitely true, but Iwatani was still in the movie- he just didn't play himself.
