MAMEui 0.182 is not using the "frozen source code" that MAMEdev uses for compiling official MAME.
Please note that on your Homepage that it is not based on the official source code.

or stop offering it.

I imagine the MAME team will end up withdrawing their right to use the MAME trademark if they continue to offer builds that are not what they claim to be.

this just causes a lot of confusion when romsets don't match up to the official release.
