That's an incredibly ignorant thing to say. Not everybody who has gotten diabetes and cancer and graves disease and a million other things have gotten it because they were out of shape. It just happens.

Disease has increased with poor lifestyle. P says 'we'll fix ya', and they do. Capitalism has met that need. Preventive, holistic, and curative methods are aplenty. C doesn't like those, so of course P don't like those, neither.
I'm just saying, even if there was a bigger movement than ever before in the US with people getting into shape, it would still only fix half the problem, so looking at that as a total solution is dumb. We're either going to end up with single payer Bernie style over the nation like other civilized countries do or certain states will do it. How long it takes to get there though is an issue.
